Central added wall shelf kits in a variety of sizes to our Value Series line of products. This storage system is one of the most customizable on the market.
This system can be purchased as pre-packaged kits or as separate pieces to allow you to customize based on your own needs. Contact a Central product consultant at 800-215-9293 for help purchasing everything you need to create your own wall shelving system.
These wall shelf kits are available in chrome, ideal for dry environments, or green epoxy, best for humid environments. Accessories for this storage system include can holders, utensil holders, bottle drying hooks and more.
Lakeside’s queen mary carts are tough duty with a durable “U-shaped” tubular frame for superior strength. These carts include extended perimeter strip bumpers to protect doorways, furniture, equipment and more.
With a 1000 pound capacity, these carts are sure to meet all heavy duty transport needs and are available with solid shelves (flat or lipped). These carts are available in a variety of sizes and shelves and have 8″ casters (two fixed and two swivel).

Jackson Conserver XL Dishwasher
While Jackson’s Conserver XL dishwasher has been around for quite some time, Central added the now ENERGY STAR certified model to our catalog and website that has savings no foodservice operation can pass up!
This chemical sanitizing dish machine now only uses 1.5 gallons of water per rack and has a 37 racks per hour capacity. These units have a 17.25″ door opening and a 90 second cycle.

Broil-O-Dog Hot Dog Merchandisers
The perfect add for a multitude of applications from convenience stores to concession stands are Star’s “Broil-O-Dog” hot dog merchandisers. These merchandisers are available in a variety of sizes and capacities with stainless steel cradles or spike type wheels. The glass on these units reflects radiant energy back into the cabinet to increase cooking speed.
For convenience, these merchandisers have heated bun storage underneath with a removable stainless steel pan. These units have adjustable infinite controls and a switch pause control for easy loading and unloading. Sneeze guards and self-serve doors are available as accessories as well.
What concession stand is complete without a snow cone machine? Central added the Benchmark’s 71000 snow cone machine which has a 500 pound per hour crushed ice production. It also includes a round shaping bowl to create perfect snow cones every time.
This snow cone machine has a safety reset button to prevent accidental start-up. With an attractive blue design, this snow cone machine has a powdercoated steel construction with tinted tempered glass panels and durable polycarbonate service door. This snow cone machine can be purchased with an optional “antique style” trolley which increases storage space and makes transporting a breeze.
