With more than 30 years in the foodservice industry…
My foodservice background includes everything from washing dishes while attending high school to several years as an operations manager for a chain of frozen yogurt stores. For the last 17 years I’ve specified and sold foodservice equipment to a variety of customers, including single unit, family-type restaurants and large institutions such as schools, hospitals and correctional facilities.
I understand the importance of staying current on developing industry trends and equipment innovations. I subscribe to several industry publications and regularly attend trade shows such as NRA (National Restaurant Association) and NAFEM (North American Foodservice Equipment Manufacturers). Something that doesn’t ever change, however, is my commitment to building relationships with my customers by providing accurate information and competitive pricing.
