After working in the family catering business at a young age, Mike apprenticed under a European chef before receiving a Culinary Arts Degree from the Culinary Institute of America. In the time since, Mike has held numerous positions in the industry, including Executive Chef, Event Coordinator and Service Manager.
His resume includes the entire spectrum from fine white tablecloth establishments with 100 seats, ranging to university foodservice manager overseeing 5000 meals per day, however he is most proud to have served as the owner of his own catering business.
