I have been in the restaurant and foodservice industry since 1971, owning and managing fine dining, fast food, and Italian concepts.

In my 20 years here at Central, I have designed, delivered, and installed equipment in over 200 restaurants, schools, nursing homes, churches, and hospitals throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.  Since joining Central in 1991, I have dedicated myself to going that extra mile to service our customer’s equipment, smallwares, design and warranty needs.
