With more than 28 years in the foodservice industry…
I have experience in many different foodservice concepts and areas of operation.  I spent six years as a USAF Food Service Specialist and I’m an expert at in-field/mobile feeding. I have also worked professionally as sauté cook, grill cook, breakfast cook, fry cook, prep cook, expediter, caterer, server, bartender, baker and souse chef. Additionally, I earned an Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management.

My strengths include understanding the equipment and products needed to obtain the results required by the customer, high volume industrial cooking, start up packages for franchisors, concession trailer equipment and set up.
