Lava Rock Charbroilers are perfect for high volume food service operations needing maximum performance at all times. They are designed to stand up to the demands of constant use and repeated heat up and cool down cycles.

The natural lava rock briquette provides excellent heat distribution and vaporizes drippings.

These Charbroilers are a low initial investment with the lava rock briquettes needing to be replaced every six months—an estimate of when they may be coated with burnt drippings.  This can vary based on use.  Replacing them regularly will keep it always operating at an optimal level.

Lava Rock Charbroilers provide 30% more cooking space.  This high capacity design meets all “back-of-the-house” needs from steak and chicken to hamburgers and shish kabobs and are available in 15”, 24” and 36” widths.

Heat distribution is crucial for all food service operations.  With 20, 000 BTU’s every 6” of width, the Lava Rock Charbroiler provides excellent heat distribution enabling the cook to have more control over a section.  Also, the product will cook quicker and sear in flavor.

The cool to touch stainless steel bull nose front provides knob protection and a comfortable work zone. The heavy-duty cast iron grates can be individually positioned to flat or slanted for several broiling needs.

Clean up is easy with a high capacity stainless steel water pan and a 5”H stainless steel tapered splash guard maintains cleanliness.

All Lava Rock Charbroilers come with a one year parts and labor warranty.

Is there any way to add flavor to lava rocks? I tried putting flavored wood pellets on top of the lava rock, but it left a sooty residue which ruined my lava rocks? Do you have any suggestions on how to clean lava rocks?
    Thanks,
    Chris
