The Vulcan SG4 series gas convection oven uses gentle air circulation and even heat distribution to produce perfectly cooked meats, vegetables, casseroles and baked goods. Normal production mode delivers 60,000 BTUs of recovery power, or flip to gentle bake mode selector for lesser input. The SG4 series has temperature controls which adjust from 150°F to 500°F. It has a a 1/2 HP two-speed fan motor. An oven cool switch allows for rapid cool down.
