With more than 36 years in the foodservice industry…
I started working in the foodservice industry at the age of 16 as a busboy/dishwasher.  I have held every position in most restaurant segments at one time or another, including fast-food restaurants, cafeteria, steakhouse, fine dining, banquet halls and hotels.  I was also the foodservice director at the GM Truck and Bus factory in Indianapolis, IN, providing 3 meals a day to more than 3000 UAW members.  There, I supervised three cafeterias open 24 hours a day with all UAW employees.  I also managed the vending service with more than 90 vending machines in the plant with all Teamster employees.

Because of my prior foodservice experience, I can fully understand the day to day dealings, problems, and situations that foodservice owners and managers go through.  I can suggest products and practices that will help save you money and make your operation more efficient.  Recently, I earned my Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) designation.  As a CFSP, I’m expected to stay on top of industry trends and news, which allows me to give you the most up-to-date information possible.
