I have worked for 10 years in restaurant operations doing everything from washing dishes to managing a three-state area for a company.
I have spent more than 14 years consulting and selling equipment and smallwares here at Central. I have a vast amount of operational experience coupled with the knowledge of vendors from all over the industry. This allows me to find better and/or cheaper alternatives for my customers. I truly love coming to work each day to help customers obtain the tools they need to succeed in the businesses they run. I enjoy giving consultation on equipment almost as much as the sale itself.
