Central Exclusive 16 Gauge Stainless Work Tables
New to our Central Exclusive line are these 16 gauge stainless steel work tables. You can only get these tables at Central Restaurant Products and they are in stock and ready to ship same day! In addition to the stainless top, these NSF listed tables include a galvanized steel undershelf. A 600 lb. load capacity means these tables are ready to handle heavy equipment such as mixers. These are available in up to 96″W models, and Central offers both 24″D and 30″D options.
Central Exclusive Stainless Steel Top Equipment Stands
In addition to our work tables, Central Exclusive is also introducing stainless steel top equipment stands. These stainless tops are polished to a satin finish and sound deadened to help keep extra noise at bay. The 1″ hemmed edge splash on rear and sides helps contain messes. Pansaver Ovenable Pan Covers
We were so excited about this new item that we wrote an entire blog post about it! In case you missed it, these ovenable pan covers from Pansaver are designed to shrink over your food pan in the oven, keeping food moist. These covers are amazingly easy to use. Simply cap the pan with your pan cover. Once placed in a hot oven, the cap shrinks over the pan, creating a tight fitting cover. This way, moisture has no choice but to stay in the food. In addition, the sturdy material makes pans stackable for storage. If a pan is to tip over with a Pansaver ovenable pan cover shrunk over it, the tight seal keeps the contents in long enough for the pan to be set upright with little or no spillage. Pansaver pan covers withstand temperatures up to +400°F. When finished using the cover, it is disposable and recyclable. These pan covers are available for both rectangular and round food pans, and come in a pack of 50 covers each.
